Hi everyone...
Just introducing myself. I'm a brand new wine maker...I have my first 5 gallon carboy of blackberry wine fermenting it's little heart out....I have enjoyed the process, though a little nervous about it at times...I just want to do everything right. I live in the Gulf Islands off the west coast of BC.
