Hi from Minnesota

Starting my first try at this. A friend has close to 1000 bottles and I finally decided to try and catch him. Got a Master Vintner starter kit and trying Moscato because my wife likes it. I figured if I learn on her fave, I might be better on the second batch of cab for me. Any thoughts or insight greatly appreciated.

My wife also likes the California Moscato kit wines. She favors the RJS over the WE but is happy with either.
