Hi all,
Just joined after an internet browse brought this site up top of a Google search (other search engines available!)
I've been producing kit wines for about 5 years now, and have sloes, bullaces and damsons growing for the gin.
Also grow Morrello?? cherries for the brandy, and planted black lace elder last year.
Always on the browse for new ideas and recipes, although rural Northumberland (Rothbury) can be difficult for the more exotic ingredients!
Craig
