Hey, I've been using this forum for a while so it's only polite I join officially and said hello and thank you to all the sources of info I've used so far.
I live Essex and been making wine for about three years, mostly from fresh fruits though I've tried a couple of beer kits and fluttered briefly with a mulled mead.
So far this year I've bottled up an apple and pear, ginger and raisin, a nettle beer and an elderflower; one of which I blended with a strawberry wine and despite being fantastic, I'm very conscious of drinking it near naked flames!
Currently on the go I've a strawberry wine and a peapod of which I'm hoping it tastes better than it smells!
Anyway I'll stop milking this and see you all around soon
