Just logged in for the first time, been lurking and educating myself for a couple weeks. Recently bottled a batch of Chilean Malbec in January at a local wine making store and decided I found a new hobby. Also have a batch of Cranberry Skeeter Pee in a primary. Been saving bottles, building racks, heaters ect. its taking over a section of the basement !!
