I don't watch the news anymore because it usually has to be bad and also has to be blamed on a group, subtly or overtly. And I got tired of saying "Oh, horsesh*t".
Most people are good at heart and just trying to live their lives.
And I didn't even mention the fake news and "science".
I'm sorry, I have to share a joke my American history teacher told us in high school. (Early 70's.)
An American and a Russian are sitting next to each other on a plane and the American asks the Russian, "Where are you going?" The Russian says, "I'm going to America to study propaganda." The American says, "What propaganda?" and the Russian says, "Exactly!"
This has to be one of the best stories of this sort I have seen in a long time. Honda developed a small electric vehicle for kids in the hospital to use going to and from treatments.
