this is how making should be
memories when my dad made wine with his Paisano's- a get together that would last for hours - i remember this was like the other day back in the 70's
as well as sausage making season - friends family getting together - eating drinking telling stories
Rocky u being of italian heritage know how those gatherings were - good times
i believe in tradition - passing this on to my 20 year old son who helps a lot during wine making season

I spent a fair amount of time the past few weekends pressing grapes and bottling wine with my elder son and his girlfriend. This is how memories are built.

EDIT, adding on:

The hard part is having people what want to receive the tradition. I count myself fortunate, as my elder son wants it, and his girlfriend jumped in head first. My younger son & his wife were involved, but work took them several states away.

Dinner in your video looks great!

I like the original video as it shows at least 3 generations involved.

I stayed in a small hotel in Ischia, Italy a few years back. The owner made his own wine, and he offered me a glass to taste. Wow! It was indescribable. They say the acid in Coca Cola will clean your toilet. I think the acid in that wine would dissolve it. Still, it was his wine and he was proud of it.

When the old timers are involved they can put names on the flavors. Names of flavors lead to fixes in next years batch.
What we might consider as off, or faulty flavors, they just savor it all the same. Just a cultural difference really.
Good wine is easy to drink.
Poor wine is a caloric source that helps low resource farmers avoid starvation. The water may make you sick but the wine never does.
