Identification and advice requested

Found these spots of 3 of my Petit Pearl plants-what is it and more importantly, other than cutting off the leaves I see with the spots on it, is there anything else I can do at this point?

Hard to tell from only one photo, of only one side of the leaf, and without more information of the texture of the spots.

Zooming in on the photo, the spots look flat. Are they flat? Concave? Bumpy? What do they look like on the other side of the leaf? If flat on both sides, then I would say more likely fungal damage. Maybe downy mildew as one example, as some spots seem to have little black spots, which if spherical, may be fungal fruiting bodies developing.

Or it may be some spray damage.

Again, hard to tell.

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and link. As I dig into it, it does most look like Black Rot.
