If I have a white moldy layer on top of wine is there anything I can do?

Hello there is a white moldy layer on top of my wine. I didn't have a chance to siphon it from bucket into bottle and forgot to put anti-bacterial, etc. in.

Anything else I might just toss it but this was Rosehip & Hawthorne Berry wine and it was AMAZING.

Any help would be appreciated.

Search flowers of wine. Try to remove from the surface. Spray a strong SO2 solution on top. Then rack, SO2 and fill to the top of the container.
