Hi Folks,
My name is Abisha Lopez and I am new to this forum. I have been making wine for several years now and have just bottled me Cranberry wine I started just after the holidays in 2003. I couldn't seem to get it to clear well. I saw a message about pectin and cranberry wine in another forum and low and behold there was the answer. I went back checked my log and never added pectic enzyme (thanks to Jack Keller for that answer). Well I filtered it. I don't like to filter but sometimes you just have to.::
Anyway this is a great forum and I am glad to be here. I hope that I can add some constructive tips and get some great answers to my questions too.
