Hey all,

I've been lurking for a while reading hundreds of past posts to help with my new wine making endeavors. I'm from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia but have been living in Airdrie, Alberta for the last 12 years or so. Lived in South Florida for a couple of years too.

Here is my website where I post past fly fishing trips: http://flyfishingthebow.com/Othergreatplaces.htm

Here is a great video from my company that just went viral on Youtube:

So far have the following at different stages of aging:

RJS En Primeur -Woodridge Cabernet Sauvignon
RJS En Primeur - Chilean Merlot
RJS En Primeur - Super Tuscan
RJS En Primeur - Amarone X2
Kenridge Founders Series - Australian Shiraz
Cellarcraft Showcase - Rosso Fortissimo

On Order:

Cellarcraft - California Grand Red 2
RJ Spagnols - Spain Monestrell Petit Verdot
Mosti Mondial Meglioli - Barolo

Other than a couple bottles of the Cabernet, I have not tasted any of these wines as I plan on aging most of them a couple of years. Mainly because of all the posts I read here saying how good these wines would be after aging them properly.

I am also planning on getting into making beer from grain. An Innis & Gunn recipe would be great!

Cheers.

WELCOME to the forum! I just saw that on facebook. I figured I was the guy who asked for socks and underwear :). What do you do for them?
