Hello:
I have an Orchard Breezin Raspberry White Zin kit that has been perfect up to now. Fermentation ended at .996 after which I degassed and finished it. It's been 10 days and I plan to bottle. For the heck of it, I check ed the SG and it's now at 1.02. It looks great, it smells great, it even tastes great.....should I be worried about the SG increase?
Thanks.

Did you check the sg after you added the fpac? That will add flavor & sweeten the wine so the sg will be higher.

No, I didn't. Didn't think of that.I guess my only option now is to assume all is well and proceed to bottling.
Thanks.

Yes, those f-pacs contain quite a bit of inverted sugar so you are fine as it will bring the sg up.
