Got this one fired up last night. My first Mist-style kit. Half the f-pack went into primary, along with about 3 lbs of sugar and 2 lbs of golden raisins. Got my SG up to 1.084, which should get me to around 11% ABV. Smells like a Jolly Rancher. :) Pitched QA23. Body was almost nonexistent. I was wishing I had some FT Blanc tannin. The f-pack is sweeter than anything I think I've ever tasted. In the end, I may end up using only half of what I have left. We'll see. I think I'll experiment with adding a little tartaric acid as well.

Racked from secondary, stabilized and added clearing agent. I only ended up adding about half of the f-pack that was left. SG was at 0.994, after f-Pack addition, it was 1.002-1.003. It was surprisingly pretty good on its own, before the sweetening. Nice crisp acid, straw color and lemon, with a little of the cucumber/melon from the portion of the pack that I put in primary. This'll be a good 'patio pounder'.

If you buy another "mist" type kit, try doing the thing Label Peelers suggests. Add, in this case, a white grape concentrate pack and only 1 lb of sugar (they suggest corn sugar, which I use to bottle carbonate beer, very little candi type taste).

I added a red grape concentrate to a Raspberry/Peach Sangria kit and it actually has enough body to support that extra alcohol. Now if I could only find time to get some bottles cleaned I could bottle it since it just got past 3 months in the carboy, which is ancient for a mist type kit.

Edit: by no means is it a heavy body, but it does help and isn't watery thin.

Final racking tonight, prior to filtering and bottling next weekend. It's already clear as a bell, but I'll filter anyway. My top ups with SB, along with added sugar and a lot of the f-pack in primary have paid off. This is a wonderful smelling, but not too sweet Sauvignon Blanc with a little bite to it. I can see this one disappearing in the dog days of summer, or with some heat-centric dishes. But probably both. :)
