In my first attempts at wine making i have used island mist & orchard breeze kits with great success, started a concord grape recipe 2 weeks ago along with a strawberry wine 1 week ago from scratch fingers are crossed. wine making is a great winter time hobby it has kept me from going crazy this long ohio winter
