Hello from sunny AZ! I am new to wine-making, but quite a seasoned imbiber! I just finished two wine kits from Wild Grapes. One was the Chilean Merlot and the other is the Pinot Grigio. The merlot came out wonderful, although I didn't degas enough, and it is now continuing to age in a 5 gallon carboy. The PG was delicious at the time of bottling, has been presented as gifts to friends and family, and the reviews have been glowing! I'm looking forward to the harvest season this year to try my hand with fresh grapes.
