A combination of juice and chunk pineapple and frozen chunks of mango the first time. Second time same for pineapple and but it was fresh mango.

Oh yes. Dandelion, Pear, Peach, Blueberry, Aronia are our most popular. Frontenac most popular grape red.

I love wines-especially the dry reds and German whites. That being said, the first wine I tried to make was blueberry, and I make some each year. Tbh I ferment more apple wines than any other fruit.
