Hello all,
I've been lurking for quite some time now, finally decided to intro. myself. I started making wine last fall with great results, 11 gal. of chokecherry wine (I hand picked the fruit, making my first batch even more special, to me anyway). Started both SP & DB followed shortly by some small batches of mulberry & mulberry chokecherry blend, and some mead. Loving it so far!!!

Keep the yeast happy, and the air locks bubbling!!!! :)
