Juice Concentrate Supplier Question

I just found this place online. They seem to have a good selection of Juice concentrates. Has anyone used any of these before? Would they be suitable for our purposes?

Our local winery makes a great Montmorency Cherry wine that I would like to duplicate.





Is there anything (additives, etc) to look for that make a juice not suitable for wine making?

I used some tart cherry concentrate for a chocolate cherry mead I made in January. No taste test yet it and will not be bottling until at least January. Hope it works out because I am also using a chocolate extract, time will tell.
