First 2 batches bottled, and I must say I am hooked! The Riesling was a cheap kit, but it turned out well, and the Dragon Blood is excellent! Will definitely do some variants, and more kits as well.

Now comes the hard part of trying to set up a workable rotation of primary, secondary, bottled, all the while having something to drink and give away without running out.

Welcome to the forum. You are obviously a man of principle! (except you spell your name differently)

You may find that you can get away with the less expensive white kits. If and when you get into reds, you may want to consider a kit with grape skins. Good luck.
