I found a lady buy in my primary fermenter as I was racking it into my secondary. Do you think it’s ruined?

No, it should be fine. You probably be surprised how many little critters are hidden inside grape clusters and make the journey through the crusher / destemmer and into the must. Just pick it out and move on, and be glad it’s not a stink bug......

if only you knew what's been pulled outta even commercial wines, but i called a few winery and they swore the bugs, insects, and flies really dont drink all that much,,,

Seriously, you should be fine. Just remove the bug and carry on.
