Anyone ordering their Riesling LE?
I wonder if 18L kit or 16L and if an f-pack will come with it, I assume it will...:ib

I am also intrigued about the Trio Blanca. Since I have an Eclipse Riesling clearing now maybe the Trio Blanca could be the winner.

Anyone?

Both of those are on my list as well!!

The Trinity White in the World Vineyard series is great...wonderful wine...so I would really like to try the Trio too!!!

The last couple years, WE has gone to a 18L kit for their LE wines. That is 18L of juice for the whites and reds without grape pack and 16L plus skins for the rest or this year, the super tuscan.

Riesling usually has a f-pack escecially for the better kits

cheers

X2

My trinity white turned out better than expected

But the world vineyard is the cheaper lower level kit.

Did either of you ever do the VR Coastal White? I really like that wine but, since WE discontinued it, I'm looking for an alternative product. You think the Trinity White is similar? Looking for suggestions

I haven't tried that one. I did do a VR Pinot Gris that was very good

So it looks like not much interest in WE LE kits coming up?

I am buying a white but now undecided if the Riesling or the Trio Blanca.
I like whites a bit semi sweet or off dry, like the Riesling, but the Trio Blanca seems like a dry one, and so it looks like no f-pack will come with it.

It has Moscato which is off dry...

Have you considered the Passport Series Pinot Gris? It's described as slightly sweet and comes with an f-pack. FVW has it for $131 shipped to your door.

Do you know if it is a 16L kit like FVW page says?

I never tried that varietal so not sure anyway.

Time running out for the WE LE as the deadline is tonight...

The Vineco website has all their Passport Series listed as 18L

I've haven't made any yet but we've had some commercial Pinot Gris that both the wife and I found quite enjoyable.

I'm not sure they are discontinued as our local has mentioned nothing to me when I asked about them...

That said...no...I haven't tried it yet...I have a few more whites higher on my list!!

The Trinity very good and is dry...more Sauv to the blend...The World Vineyard Moscato is excellent...no doubt there...

If the Trio combines the two I think the outcome would be very nice!!

I usually don't try LE wines just for that fact...but the Rielsing is gonna be bought for sure...Mosel Valley!!

On a side note...ever try the Symphony?? It's listed as dry but I betcha it has a taste that can fool you!!

I ended up ordering the Super Tuscan and then the Trio Blanca.
I wasn't decided on which of the 2 whites and was going back/forth but since I have an Eclipse Riesling (Calif Columbia Valley) then I thought that the Trio Blanca may be the one. I am just hoping it does not taste too dry and have a hint of being off dry due to the Moscato in it.
