Just racked ours out of a 30 day EM. Everything looked and tasted as expected.
Awesome! Did you make any changes to the instructions. I am planning on swapping the yeast to BM45, probably tossing a little extra tannin into the primary, and doing an EM.
 
Sounds like a decent plan.
I haven't looked at the instructions for years at this point, so I'm not sure how far my method sways from them. I shorted the water a bit. Added the included oak powder and chips to primary. Racked and added the included oak cubes, topped up with 3 bottles of Cab. I'll rack again some time down the road to lose some sediment, see where it's at, and make any adjustments (oak and/or tannin) at that point.
