Bill passed by House and Senate. Gov needs to sign it. Wow, I never thought they would break the big liquor lobby to do this in my state!

Still won't get it until 2016.
Now if they can just loosen the winery laws to actually allow a winery to have half a shot at profitability based on product alone (not bands and events on site cuz they can't sell offsite). Maybe in another 10 years….
