Hi, this is my 2nd year making wine and I wanted to try to make some Cabernet. My friend and I make some Alicante Grenache wine last year and we are curious if the process would be any different in regards to a possible longer fermentation period etc.
 
I would bulk age the Cab. Otherwise its pretty much the same except the yeast. I suggest RC212
