When mango season comes around, I'll definitely be making 5 gallons of mango wine using about 5#s of fresh mango per gallon. Instead of topping the primary with water, how would it be to use mango nector or a water/mango nector combination? As long as my starting SG was within spec, would there be a problem? I bought the "Langers" brand mango nector from Costco. It contains 20% juice, filtered water, cane sugar, mango puree, citric acid, natural flavor, and ascorbic acid. No mention of a sulfite, sorbate, etc. Thanks in advance.

necter has alot od solide ans will be a bear to clear. For topping off I would add some orange juice. I did this and came out great a Orange Mango wine

I'll top off with something else, was wondering how it would do in the primary? Still cause alot of cloudyness?
