Hi. I planted a couple 5 gallon melthley plum trees. I was told that plum wine is amazing and found these on the home Depot website. Not expecting much in terms of fruit production for the next 2-4 years, but I'm hoping it will be worth the wait. Anyone have experience with wine made from this specific type of plum? Any good recipes to share?
