Happy holidays and wishes for a healthy and enjoyable and hopefully more sociable 2021. I admit that making wine is a COVID induced hobby, and I really appreciate the wealth of knowledge and cheer from all of you. I started with 3 x 1 gallon kits (1 Pinot Grigio, 2 Cab Sauv) following directions perfectly. Then I moved to 2 x 6 gallon kits and started to experiment a little. Now have 5 gallons of Sauv Blanc from Froz juice aging sur lies and pitched yeast on 5.5 gallons of frozen Cab Sauv must this morning, making all of the choices myself. Learning a lot, appreciate all of your humor, advice and patience. Salut!
