Hi All,
I bottled the crushendo montagnac syrah mourvedre in March this year (8 months ago and zero bulk ageing) . I realize the crushendo's need more ageing however can anyone give me any feedback on the finished Wine once aged?
I haven't cracked open a bottle for sometime, maybe nows the time?
