Hi every body Have been sooo busy with no time to make wine. I now totally understand what the sandwich generation is.Taking care of parents,helping adult kids set up a new home and caring for an elderly aunt. I drink wine but haven't been able to make it. The good news is I will be a grandmom in Nov. I am hoping to have time this spring for wine making. I know I can count on everyone if i have questions.

While I haven't made that much wine in my time, I do understand the "lack of time" aspect -- it can be an all-day experience to get a new batch going! Knowing that, it makes it difficult to start sometimes!

I hope you find time soon to get a batch fermenting!
