Muscadine Wine

I have a friend asking me to make Muscadine wine. I have no idea where to start. How many pounds of Muscadines do I need to make a bottle of wine?

Well, I got 10 gallons out of 4 five gallon buckets.

I've made 5 gallons (25 bottles) from 20 pounds, so you could figure about a pound per bottle. Some people use twice that much fruit per bottle.
