Finished fermentation & first racking, my reading z 990 so I'm good there. But I'm looking to sweeten it up a lil. Any suggestions? I've drank some of the left over from the first racking after it settled n it's dry but good n nice buzz

Make sure you add k-meta and sorbate before adding any sugar. I would take some wine out add a little sugar until you get the sweetness you like and then take a reading, now you know where to sweeten the rest. I don't think I would go beyond 1.006 in sweetening it.
