Mustang grapes

Picked loads of grapes today and made juice for jelly. what was I thinking not keeping some whole grapes to make wine? I have a gallon and half of juice. how can I use that to make a gallon of wine? All recipes I find use whole grapes.

I probably should pick more grapes.

I understand mustang grapes are a different animal. I'd love to try them some day.
