I ordered 200lbs of 2024 Harvest Petite Syrah grapes on October 17th. Emailed, texted and called several times to find out about delivery time with zero response. Finally got tired of trying to reach someone so I filed for a chargeback with my bank. That afternoon, suddenly the grapes shipped. Instead of fewsh grapes got 7 5 gallon buckets of frozen must with 2024 petite syrah stickers on then placed over 2023 Petite Syrah stickers on the frozen must buckets. The brix looks good on them and I am fine getting frozen must buckets sonce the main objective was to make petite Syrah wine. I just wish they communicated with me. The good part is I got 35 gallons of frozen must for around $57 a bucket including shipping. The grapes look to be of really good quality. Just need to let them warm up before pitching as they were 26 degrees when I got them. I will update how they work out as the batch progresses.
