WineXpert my first cresendo series

ok so i am making my first cresendo series with the grap pack and the wood chips... did my first racking today and found out the hard way that

1 you cannot get all the juice off the insane amount of lees at the bottom

2 said lees does NOT go down drain easy lol ok so that was one of those things that when i did it i KNEW this is not gonna turn out well

needless to say i spent half an hour cleaning out my sink and unclogging the drain...... this wine better be worth it lol

just thought i would share my daily idiot moment

It will be worth it, can you tell us what kit it is? Ive tried a few bottles of some of these and the ones I did were great. These really need time to age though.

yea its the montagnac syrah mourvedre lol i dont even know how to pronounce the last part of that... i hate making a wine i cant pronounce
