Name That Tank

I was watching a video of a winery in Italy crushing and destemming white grapes. The must was being pumped into a large plastic vat (see image). What are the two towers sitting in the vat with the must?

They look like stainless large debris filters much like the GHP (giga hole pipe) that many on this site use.

In particular, you pump the white juice out of the vat from inside one of those pipes, leaving the coarse debris behind.
