Why didn't I think of this before? I was at a Catholic Charities fund raising dinner last night and the take home favors were these tiny bottles of Gallo wine. When I saw then all wrapped cute with cellophane and ribbon a light bulb went off in the empty dark space between my ears. These would be perfect for topping up my 23ltr Vidal barrel. This is exactly how much I seem to need to top up every two or three weeks. So I explained to everyone at my table that they really didn't want such tiny bottles of Gallo wine and I would graciously take all of them.
