O.K. just picked up a nero d avola alljuice. Great i think as i hurry home and open the lid up after a hard days work and i find a 30 gram package of oak? Pinomere labels? O.K. my first thought is 30 grams of oak in a big red? then i see the labels! soo the big question is what are the chances that the juice is pinomere and not Nero d Avola!!!!!! (My Fear is)imagine making it and then finding out it's pinomere not that i would never make the wine but that is not what i want and paid for. Soooo is there a way i could be sure about the juice? Can i call Mosti and give them the lot/ datecode? What a day!!!!!!

I called Mosti Mondiale yesterday about a issue I had with a broken LiquidGel pack. They are very helpful and took care of my problem right away. Use the 800 number on the instruction sheet. They will answer the phone in French but I just started talking in English and had no language problems.

Yes, call Mosti with the code on the bag cap. If is is mis-packaged I'd be willing to bet that Nino will let you keep that one and give you a Nero d'Avola for free.

The Mosti folks are good people.

O.K. i called Mosti and they were really nice, they needed the code on the bag itself, there are two codes a small one which is the bag manufacturer and a large one which is all the info on wine type and such, turns out it is nero d avola and not pinomere. WHEW!!!!!
