Good Morning All:
A little history, I have been making home wines for 10+ years. I am also a full time auctioneer operating in NY and PA over the past 5 years I have conducted auctions for 4 commercial estate wineries in NY which were discontinuing business for different reasons. These auctions have been equipment only I now have a new client who will be discontinuing business in PA and has bulk and bottled wine to sell along with equipment. I need input can bulk and bottled wine be sold at auction in PA. Any info and links would be greatly appreciated.

In Pennsylvania you can submit a request for opinion to the LCB and they will respond (usually within 30 days).
