ok, so after many years of competitive weightlifting, I have decided to try a new hobby(yeah, I know its quite a change but I am always looking for a new challenge). I have my first batch fermenting in the secondary. I hope I don't bug everyone with too many questions but I am curious to learn all the tricks from you pros.
