New from Ontario

Hey, my name is Ryan & live just outside London Ontario. I have been making wine now for a couple years both kits and from scratch. My wife & I just recently bought our first house & I would love to try putting in a few rows of grapes among other fruit trees etc. As I have never grown grapes before I am looking for a shove in the right direction as to what grapes might work for my growing area. I imagine there are many more factors that will come into play & a little trial and error also. If anybody has any words of wisdom I would very much appreciate it! I will do my best to research the forum before asking questions that have been answered a 100 times. Thanks again!

WElcome to the forum. If nobody pops up with some advice on the grapes, you might try going to the grape growing section and try a post there. The few times I have tried grapes, they didn't do very well for me. Don't think I need to give any advise on this. Anyway, if you have any more questions, ask away. The folks on here are pretty good about helping out. Arne.
