Hi All!
New to this site although I’ve snatched more than a few recipes (by Google search) over the last few years. I started this “hobby” (obsession) in 2019 after “bartering” for a bottle of homemade blackberry wine from an old timer at a local farmer’s market. I started with skeeter pee and have since evolved to more complicated wines and meads. Oak Bochet to blackberry port. I still almost constantly have a 6 gal batch of SP or Dragons blood going since they tend to be easy crowd pleasers. Hope to gain more knowledge, swap recipes and interact with some fine folks with shared interest.
