Hi All,
My name is Cody . I have been brewing craft beer and cider for 20+ years .
I have been beekeeping for about 5 years and new to making mead's . I found this Forum when I did a google search for Skeeter-Pee. I have been gleaning information from the forum for about a month now .
I live on 3 acres, 20 miles south of Olympia , WA . I have 26 Apple , 12 Asian and 8 European pear trees and 15 different varieties of Figs . I also grow 6 types of blackberry and 4 types of raspberries . What is left over from canning gets juiced and thrown into the fermenting bucket or carboy .
Currently 8 Gal Honeycrisp/Fuji Cyser,
5 Gal Triple Berry Melomel
3 Gal Date Wine
