Morning everyone. New member here from the greatest city on earth, Toronto, jk it’s Halifax lol. I’ve been stalking the forums for a decent bit now and decided wth I’d register so as to join the convo about making decent wine and cider from blackcurrants since I wasn’t seeing anyone talk about making anything from the greatest berry on earth not jk this time lol. Right now I’m making a 6 gal batch of blackcurrant cider, blackcurrant wine, and a mix of blackcurrant and apple cider. I just finished and racked two 6 gal Sauvignon blanc which I plan on shipping country wide to my friends and family. Thanks again everyone for reading my mini rant and cheers.
