Hey all, new member here, been lurking for a while. Looking forward to gaining knowledge in yet another hobby. Below is a bit about me.
I live in the northern suburbs of Detroit, working in automotive (imagine that). Currently managing Chrysler projects for a tier 1 supplier.

Beer Brewing
Distilling
Cheese Making
Dry Curing Sausage (Trying to dry cure, so tough)
Bread
Golf
Woodturing
Not that I needed another hobby, but Wine making seemed like the next logical step! Plus, a couple hundred bottles will look great behind my bar. I have 2 wines currently started with a third about to begin. Jumping right in!
