This would have been a great find when I was starting out with winemaking. I'm very much a super novice, but tried 1/2 dozen times or so and loved it. I can't continue any storage or hobbies now as I need to downsize, so I'll follow more for interest than any more winemaking at this point. I'll tell any other folks I know about this though!
