Las Cruces is Memorial Day, Bernalillo is Labor Day. I have been to them both. Most recently the one in Cruces a couple years ago. Go early as its HOT. Some wineries from up North will not make the trip down south and vice versa in the fall. If DH Lescombes has their hospitality tent it was worth the $ to pay as they sample all their ulra premium wines and provide a nice plate of nosh to go with each wine, plus you get a NICE glass, (large) and its AIR CONDITIONED!
Overall a good time, not too crowded if you go early and leave before it hits 100 degrees!
So it is in Las Cruces this weekend! That's perfect cause it's only about an hour drive from here. Ill be sure to get there early and look out for that air conditioned tent. Heat and alcohol do not mix well!
