Hello, everyone. My name is Matt and I live in Georgia. I am brand new to making wine at home and am looking forward to this new hobby! I already have tons of questions and will be reading to try and answer as many as I can myself. I hope in time I can become a contributing member to this forum.

Hi Matt, welcome to the forum. Where do you live in Atlanta? Many years ago (1960's) I attended that "trade school" out on North Avenue.

we actually live in Winston, it is about 25 minutes west on 20. I just put Atlanta because not everybody knows where Winston is at, lol
