New to planting need advice in Michigan

We have talked about this for years and we are looking into planting grapes for wine and eating we are in zone 6a in Michigan and I am having a hard time finding mature plants would like to have the ones of a year growth ? Needing also to see what grapes I have a few ideas and is it too late to plant in may ?
