Hi everyone. New here but not to winemaking.
here are the wines I have made in the past: cherry, raspberry, bannana, apple,
blackberry, peach champagne, kit wines, red and whites from fresh grapes.
After a 3 year vacation from the game, this august I started up again:
Blackberry, apple cider (from my own pressed apples) and old vine Zinfandel from California grapes.
Hope to learn a lot here and to give some advise too!
