I did a wine kit once, came out OK. Have been brewing beer for many years and want to do more wine now.
would like advice regarding quality kits and good on-line shopping.

Welcome!

Winexpert and R J Spagnols produce good quality kits. I'm not familiar with other brands, so I can't comment on them.

Price? The low end kits ($65-$95 USD) produce a decent table wine, although I generally go with the mid-range kits ($105-$135). I have made the more expensive kits, and while the product is good, IMO they're not enough better than the mid-range kits to justify the extra cost. YMMV

If you have a local shop, buy local as it saves on shipping (kits are heavy) and it ensures that shop is there when you need it. If that isn't an option, a lot of shops in the USA sell through Amazon. If you don't like Amazon, you can still use it to find vendors, check their sites, and find your best cost options.
